Do you have retail store locations?
We are an online Scottish family business, so we don't have our own standalone retail shops. However, our handcrafted boards are supplied to independent businesses, bars, hotels, and restaurants across the UK and beyond. You can browse and buy our full collection right here on our website.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
We certainly do! We love working closely with trade customers, independent businesses, and bulk buyers. We offer exclusive discounts across our full product range and can provide bulk services for bars, hotels, and restaurants. We’re also more than happy to discuss custom options, branding, personalisation, or specific sizing. Do you offer free shipping?
We don't currently offer free shipping, but we always do our very best to keep our shipping costs as low and competitive as possible. We want getting your handcrafted order to you to be as straightforward and affordable as it can be.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we know that sometimes a gift is needed in a hurry! We have several shipping upgrade options available at checkout if you need your handcrafted order to arrive quicker than our standard free shipping times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we safely ship our whisky gifts worldwide. We use ParcelForce for European orders (typically arriving in 6-12 days) and FedEx for North American orders (typically 4-6 days). We accommodate all other locations at the best courier rates available. Please just bear in mind that buyers are responsible for any local customs or import taxes that may apply.
What size glasses fit in your whisky boards?
Our whisky boards are created with 50mm holes, which are specifically designed to hold Glencairn Whisky Glasses — the whisky drinker's preferred nosing glass, which has a 50mm base. Where are your staves sourced from?
We source our whisky staves from a specialist based in Falkirk who has direct access to distilleries all across Scotland. Every stave has a genuine working history in the Scotch whisky industry, which is what gives each board its unique character, colouring, and story.
